Ingredients

• 12 fresh mint leaves
• 4 line wedges
• 2 heaping tsp caster sugar
• 2 parts Barcadi Superior rum
• 1 part soda water or club soda
• Sprig fresh mint to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Muddle mint leaves and line in tall glass. Cover with sugar and fill with ice. Add Barcadi Superior rum club soda and stir well. Garnish glass with mint.
