Ingredients
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 4 line wedges
- 2 heaping tsp caster sugar
- 2 parts Barcadi Superior rum
- 1 part soda water or club soda
- Sprig fresh mint to garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Muddle mint leaves and line in tall glass. Cover with sugar and fill with ice. Add Barcadi Superior rum club soda and stir well. Garnish glass with mint.
