Ingredients
- 2 Tb. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak, trimmed
- 12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
- 6 lime wedges
- Toppings: sour cream, cheese, onion
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare grill. Combine chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cinnamon in a bowl; stir well with a fork. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of steak; let stand 10 minutes. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 8 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Cut diagonally across grain into slices. Heat tortillas to package directions. Serve with lime wedges and toppings.
