Quick Rolls

  • Our homemade Quick Rolls are a cinch. They need no rolling and no proofing but they still give you bragging rights for scratch baking without the hard work.
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk (see Note)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2.In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients

to form a soft dough. Spoon into a sprayed 12-cup muffin pan, distributing evenly.

3.Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until rolls are golden.

Be sure to use whole milk
