Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Honey Drizzle of choice
- CHILI-LEMON HONEY DRIZZLE
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- HORSERADISH-HONEY MUSTARD DRIZZLE
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- CIDER VINEGAR/BROWN BUTTER HONEY DRIZZLE
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Toss wings with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill wings, turning occasionally, until skin is crisp and wings are done (25-30 minutes).
Toss with desired honey drizzle.
Chili-Lemon: cook honey, chili sauce and lemon juice in small saucepan, stirring often, until thoroughly heated, about 2 minutes.
Horseradish-Honey Mustard: Cook all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, until thoroughly heated, approx. 2 minutes.
Cider Vinegar-Brown Butter: Cook butter in a small saucepan over medium high heat until brown and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl, and let cool for 5 minutes. Cook honey and vinegar in a separate small saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, until thoroughly heated, about 2 minutes. Whisk in browned butter.
