Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 1/2 cups shredded or thinly sliced Napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated peeled carrot
- 1/4 cup diced scallions
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
