Ingredients
- 12 ounces whole wheat Spaghetti pasta
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons hot water
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 pound steamed broccoli florets
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine the next 7 ingredients (peanut butter through pepper flakes); add pasta and broccoli. Toss gently to combine.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve stir-fried snow peas on the side.
GLUTEN FREE: Use gluten free pasta and make sure soy sauce is gluten free.
