Ingredients
- 1 box rotini pasta
- 4-5 green onions, chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 1/4 cups celery, diced
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 5 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 pound cooked bacon, crumbled
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
In large bowl, combine pasta, green onions, tomatoes and celery. (I didn't have celery today, so I used celery seed instead)
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper, then pour over pasta mixture. Cover and chill.
Just before serving, add bacon.
