Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • TOPPING:
  • 3 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large Hershey chocolate bars

Preparation

Step 1

Line a jelly roll pan with foil and butter the foil; set aside. In a large bowl, combine confectioner's sugar, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and butter. Spread into the prepared pan.

Melt chocolate bar. Spread over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate until cool. Using foil, lift out of pan. Cut into 1" squares and store in an airtight container.
