Ingredients
- 2 ⁄3 cup raisins
- 2 cups coarsely grated carrots
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 ⁄3 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Toss raisins, carrots, and pineapple together lightly; set aside.
Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar and add to the raisin mixture.
Refrigerate until served.
