Ingredients
- Add:
- 32 caramels
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 3 tbsp. butter
- Melt to a smooth consistency in the microwave.
- In a separate bowl - melt 1/2 cup butter.
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients. Pour 3/4 of mixture into a 9" x 13" pan and press down.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Pour caramel mixture over the crust.
Sprinkle 16 oz. of milk chocolate chips over the caramel.
Cover with remaining crust mixture and bake at 350 degrees for another 15 minutes.
