Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tb. butter
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 5 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Break spaghetti in half; cook until al dente; drain. Saute onions in butter. Thoroughly mix onions and remaining ingredients with spaghetti in a large bowl. Put into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
