Ingredients

  • 1/2

    head of Cabbage, chopped

  • 2

    bunches of green onions

  • 1

    pkg. Ramen Oriental Noodles (Chicken Flavor) NOT cooked

  • 2

    T. sesame seeds

  • 1/2

    Cup. Silvered Almonds

  • Dressing:

  • 3

    T. Vinegar

  • 1/2

    Cup Oil

  • 2

    T. Sugar

  • 2

    Garlic Cloves, Minced

  • 1/2

    tsp. pepper

  • 1

    pkg. Ramen Spices from noodles

Directions

Chop cabbage and green onion tops, place into big bowl. Break up and crumble ramen noodle with your fingers into salad. In a little skillet, toast sesame seeds and almonds until golden. Once done let cool a little then place on top of salad. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over salad. Toss and eat!
