Chicken Suzanne

Ingredients

  • 6 (8 oz) boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 egg beaten with 1 c milk
  • 3 c good quality bread crumbs
  • 1/2 to 1 c light cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dip chicken breasts in flour, dip in egg milk mixture, then thoroughly coat in bread crumbs.

2. Saute in hot oil until well browned on each side, cook until done.

3. Serve with herb butter.
