Ingredients
- 1 package (20 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-3 c. fresh fruits and berries
Preparation

Heat oven to 375.
Cut the cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices and arrange in a fluted tart or pie pan. Press the cookies together frimly int he bottom and up the sides of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 15 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool crust in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Gently remove from the pan and return to wire rack. When completely cooled, place on a serving plate.
While cookie crust6 cools, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanill in a food processor and process for 15 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Once the crust is cool, pour the cream cheese mixture into the crust and arrange fruit and berries over the cream cheese.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
