Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 4-5 T. Flour
- 4 T. Butter
- 3 Cups Milk
- Salt & Pepper
- Mashed Potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef, once it is browned (do not drain off grease and do not take off burner), add the flour and stir. Add the Butter. Then slowly stir in the milk. Whisk/stir until thickened, this will take a while, be patient :o) Add salt & pepper to taste while stiring. Serve over mashed potatoes.
