Creamy Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed & squeeze to drain water
  • 1 (14 oz.) Can Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1 Jar Alfredo Sauce (I use roasted garlic)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. cream Cheese, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together until cream cheese has no large clumps and is smooth. Place in a 9x13 dish, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until it's bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips, baguette french bread, pita chips, etc.
