Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken, cut up
- 2 T oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz)stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herb
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in oil until chicken is browned on all sides. Remove from skillet. Drain skillet, reserving 1 T drippings in skillet. Add onions to skillet; cook and stir 1 minute. Return chicken to skillet; add tomatoes. Cover. Simmer on low heat 25 minutes or until chicken is done. Top with cheese and parsley.
