- 1 pint tomato juice
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 small onion grated
- dash salt and pepper
- 1 package lemon jello
- 1 1/2 Cup cottage cheese
- 1 Cup greated cabbage
- 1 Cup mayonaise

Step 1
Bring 1 st 5 ingredients to a boil
Pour over lemon jello
When almost set add rest of ingredients Refrigerate till firm
Cut in squares and serve on lettuce
