Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Country Crock Shed's Spread
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • dash of salt
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Melt butter in small saucepan, add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and parlsey and saute for a few minutes.

Pour over tilapia fillets in baking dish.

Sprinkle cayenne pepper over fillets.

Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
