- 2 T butter
- 2 T all purpose flour
- 1 C water
- 1/2 t Tabasco
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t celery seed
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T white horseradish

Step 1
Mis butter, flour and water in a pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and mixture comes to a boil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add your favorite or store bought meatballs and simmer for about 15 minutes before serving.
The sauce is enough for about one pound of meatballs.
Serves 12 as an appetizer
