Stuffed Turkey Roll
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 box Stove-Top Stuffing - turkey
- 2 slices bacon - each cut in half
Mix egg, oatmeal, turkey, salt , and pepper together well. On waxed paper pat mixture to a 12 X 9 inch rectangle. Mix Stuffing as directed (I just use water). Spread atop meat mixture. Roll up from narrow end - press to seal. Transfer to greased 'bread' pan, seam side down. Place bacon on top of roll in pan.
Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven 55 - 60 minutes.
