Buttery Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 lbs.uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingred.; set aside 1/4 c. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill shrimp, covered, over med. heat for 3-5 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink, basting occasionally with butter mixture. Remove from the grill; brush with reserved butter mixture.
