Sour Cream Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced chives
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 broiler chicken cut up and skin removed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In a shallow bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Place bread crumbs in a separate shallow bowl. Coat chicken with sour cream mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
Arrange chicken on a rack in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30 min. Drizzle with butter, bake 15-20 min. longer or until juices run clear.
