Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 package cake mix
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup chopped nuts, dried fruit, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, candy, etc.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350*. Combine cake mix, egg, oil and water. Beat until well-blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop by teaspoon about 1 inch apart on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
