Three Bean Taco Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can chili beans, undrained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. chunky salsa
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef in skillet until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the water, refried beans, kidney beans, chili beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salsa, taco seasoning and olives. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
**I put this in the crockpot on low for 4 hours.
