Honey Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 C lemon juice
• 1/3 C honey
• 1/4 C soy sauce
• 2 TBL finely chopped onion
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
• 2 tsp dried basil
• 1 tsp salt-free seasoning blend
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
• halves

Preparation

Step 1

in bowl combine 1st 10 ingred.
pour 2/3C marinade into lg. resealable plastic bag
add chicken
seal bag
turn to coat
refrig for at least 4 hrs or overnight
cover & refrig remaining marinade

drain & discard marinade from chicken
coat grill rack w/ cooking spray before starting grill

grill chicken, uncovered, over med heat for 12-15 min or until juices run
clear, turning once & basting occasionally w/ reserved marinade
