Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (4 if small)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter - melted
  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour 1 or 2 loaf pans.

Mash bananas. Add sugar and egg, mix well. Add melted butter. Combine flour and soda and slowly mix in.

Bake for 1 hour for 1 pan and 35 minutes for 2 pans.
