HASH BROWNS

Ingredients

• 2 LB bag has browns
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/4 C chives
• 1 LG onion - chopped fine
• 1 to 1 1/2 C cubed (1/2") cheddar
• cheese

Step 1

Instructions:
mix all ingredients together
put in butter casserole
bake @350 1 1/2 hrs until to is brown
