HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10 3/4oz. each) condensed
  • cream of potato soup-undiluted
  • 1 c (8oz) sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 pkg (2LBS) frozen hash brown
  • potatoes
  • 2 c (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream 7 garlic salt.
Add potatoes & cheddar cheese - mix well.
Pour into greased 13" X 9" X 2" baking dish.
Top w/ parmesan cheese

Bake, uncovered @350 for 55-60 min. or until potatoes are tender
