- 2/3 C apricot preserves
- 1/2 C italian salad dressing
- 2 TBL dijon mustard
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (1" thick &
- 6 oz each)
Preparation
Step 1
in sm. bowl, combine preserves, dressing & mustard
pour 3/4 C marinade into lg. resealable bag
add pork
seal bag & turn to coat
refrig. for 8 hrs or overnight
cover & refrig remaining marinade for basting
drain pork chops & discard marinade
grill, covered, over med heat for 4-5 min on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160, basting frequently w/ reserved marinade
