  • cooked egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 stalk celery, diced
  • Salt
  • and freshly ground pepper to taste

Toast the bread. Mash the egg with a fork and combine with the remaining ingredients. Arrange the egg salad on top of the bread. Serve with salad, olives, and raw vegetables.
