Ingredients
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1 grated granny smith
- cinnamon to taste
- pinch salt
- 1/4 c plain low fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 c fresh berries and bananas
- 1 t dried cranberries
- 2 t nuts
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds or chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation
Step 1
1) stir together milk and oats and let sit at least 10 minutes..or overnight in fridge
2) to serve, place in bowl, stir in apple, cinnamon and salt. top with yogurt, fresh and dried fruit, nuts and seeds. drizzle with honey
