Buffet Ham

Ingredients

  • 3-lb boneless fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup pancake syrup
  • 1/3 cup mustard, preferably whole grain

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pancake syrup and mustard in a small bowl; set aside. Place ham in a small roasting pan, pour on syrup-mustard mixture. Bake at 325 degrees, basting occasionally with pan juices and adding water to pan if needed, 1 hour or until heated through. Slice, arrange on platter and garnish with parsley, if desired.
