Ingredients
- 1 loaf Crusty French Bread
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 2 whole Apples, sliced
- 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 4 ounces, weight Brie Cheese, Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush bread with olive oil and toast until golden brown.
Lay the apple slices in a baking dish. Cover with cinnamon and sugar and roast at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Add a slice (or 2!) of brie to each toast, and top with 2-3 apple slices.
