Ingredients

  • FILLING
  • 5 c sliced peaches
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 2 T Flour
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 T butter, softened
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 T soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 t baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Stir filling ingredients together and place in an 8 X 8 baking pan. Mix topping ingredients together and spoon on top of filling.
Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 45 minutes.
