- 1 T sugar
- Pinch of salt

Step 1
Core 2 applies, trim the tops and bottoms and cut into thick rings.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the apple rings and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side. Add pomegranate juice, sugar and salt.
Simmer, turning until the applies are glazed, 3 to 4 minutes.
