pounds fresh pork shoulder, well trimmed
tablespoons McCormick Grill Mates Barbecue Seasoning
cup apple cider vinegar
cup firmly packed brown sugar
teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
teaspoon dry ground mustard
Place pork in slow cooker. Mix remainder of ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker and mix and heat with sauce until heated throughout. Serve on sandwich rolls or hamburger buns. For spicy pulled pork, you may add 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper to seasonings mixture.
