Peanut Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons, finely minced fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 9 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter, or smooth

Preparation

Step 1

In a small processor or blender mix all ingredients until well blended. Dressing may be refrigerated for 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving.
