Ingredients
- Wash 2 large green peppers Cut tops off, remove seeds
- Chop tops for filling
- Mash 2 3oz packages cream cheese with 1/3 C mayonaise
- Add 1/4 Cup chopped green olives
- Mix chopped green pepper,olivesin cream cheese, add salt and pepper.
- Mix well and fill peppers

Chill well. Slice and serve on bed of lettuce. Add a dolop of mayonaise
