  • 1 envelope Savory Herb with Garlic soup mix
  • 1 cup finely crushed plain cornflakes
  • 1 1/2 lbs of chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbls of water



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. In a medium bowl, combine soup mix and cornflakes. In a large plastic bag combine chicken and egg beaten with water until evenly coated. Remove chicken and dip into tortilla mixture until evenly coated. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.
