Tortilla Crunch Chicken Fingers
- 1 envelope Savory Herb with Garlic soup mix
- 1 cup finely crushed plain cornflakes
- 1 1/2 lbs of chicken
- 1 egg
- 2 tbls of water
Preheat oven to 400. In a medium bowl, combine soup mix and cornflakes. In a large plastic bag combine chicken and egg beaten with water until evenly coated. Remove chicken and dip into tortilla mixture until evenly coated. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.
