Ingredients

    eggs slightly beaten

    cup sugar

  • 1/2

    cup oleomargarine softened

  • 2

    cups flour

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon baking powder

  • 1

    teaspoon soda

  • 1

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • TOPPING:

  • 1

    cup chopped walnuts

  • 2/3

    cup brown sugar

  • 1/2

    cup white sugar

  • 2

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2

    teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients. Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Combine first 2 mixtures, and mix well. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix topping ingredients. In bundt pan, 9- by 13-inch cake pan or mammoth muffin pan for 6 sprayed with vegetable spray, alternate layers of batter and topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes (check muffins at 25 to 30 minutes). Check with toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's done. This recipe yields ?? servings.
