Shrimp and Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 2 cans Campbells cream of potato soup
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 soup cans milk
  • 2 cups frozen cleaned raw shrimp*
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1/2 use 1/2 shrimp and crab sea legs

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, cook onion with garlic and pepper in butter. Blend in soup, cream, cheese, and milk; add shrimp and corn. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover simmer 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
