Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1/8-1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 t ginger
- 1 t grated lemon peel

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and marindae for 6-8 hrs, good on beef and chicken.
