Slow Cooker Dijon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprout
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
1 Wash and trim sprouts. Cut in half. Place sprouts in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Cook on low 4-5 hours or on high 2-3 hours. Stir well before serving.
