Ingredients
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2/3 Cup Cream of Potato Soup, undiluted
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 8 Medium Red Potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
- 3 Cups Ham, fully cooked, cubed
- 1 1/2 Cups (6 oz.) Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Add the potatoes, ham, and cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are tender. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving.
