  • 1 whole chicken quartered
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5 fresh garlic cloves
  • (or 3 tbspns garlic powder)


Servings 3


Step 1

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cool and marinate the pieces of cut chicken for 1 hour or more.

Spread in bottom of a medium-sized pan and cook in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees.

This recipe yields 3 to 5 servings.
