St Joe Country Style Ribs

Ingredients

  • 7-8 lbs country style pork ribs
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 T paprika
  • 2 t garlic flakes
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • SAUCE
  • 2 c chili sauce
  • 1/2 c mined onion
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 T cider vinegar
  • 2 t dry mustard
  • 6 dashes Tabasco
  • 4 dashes Woozy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven 325.

2. Trim off any excess fat on ribs. Mix flour, paprika, garlic, and pepper. In small batches, coat ribs with seasoned flour. Set ribs on a rack in a large roasting pan and bake until ribs are browned and tender, about 1.5 hrs.

3. Combine all sauce ingredients in med saucepan, bring to a boil over med-high heat, reduce to low and simmer 15 mins.

4. Pour sauce over ribs when serving.
