Ingredients
- 6 oz Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 1/2 sleeves)
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 3 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 Eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine over hot (not boiling) water chocolate and sugar. Heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp sugar and melted butter. Mix well and pat into a 9" springform covering the bottom and 1/2" up the sides. Set aside.
In a large bowl beat cream cheese until light and creamy. Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Divide batter in half, stir melted chocolate mixture into first half and pour into crumb-lined pan. Cover with plain half of batter. Swirl with a knife.
Bake @ 325 for 1 hour.
