Hot Chafing Dish Fruit
- 1 can pears
- 1 can peach halves
- 1 medium can pineapple chunks
- 1 medium can apricots
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup light and dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Dry white wine
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add brown sugar and curry powder. Combine fruits and add to butter and sugar mixture. Heat and add wine. Serve in chafing dish.
