One-Pot Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 med)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 14oz can beef broth
- 1 6oz can tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 6 oz whole-grain spaghetti
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan cook ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender, drain.
Stir in broth, 13/4 cups water, tomato paste, Italian seasoning and 1/4tsp black pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Add broken spaghetti stirring constantl. Return to boiling and reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered for 17-20mins until noodles are tender and sauce is desired consistency. Serve with Parmesan.
